Here's a photo I took last night while I was doing my barn chores. I call this Sunset over the Cockscombs (the Red Rock formation there)
In class, we said hello to Mother Earth first thing. We were able to experience being with Mother Earth in whatever state we were in. She was accepting of us just as we were there with her. Next, we talked with a Snail I introduced to the class. This beautiful snail showed up a few days ago here in Sedona after a rain storm. Next, we met a Cockroach, an Armadillo, and a Vulture. Communicating with these animals was a fascinating experience. I was inspired by what was shared from these animals through you, my colleagues, in class. I encourage you to listen to this recording or watch the video if you were not able to attend the live class. Here's a photo I took of the Beautiful snail we talked with in class.
Here are a few of the things you heard in class from these animals: From the Snail: "You can't always see the help that is present. It will appear when the time is right."
"They are cozy in their shells waiting for the right time to come out. Slow down and be mindful because there is beauty on every scale all around us all the time.... little mushrooms, sparkling dew drops..."
"Smiling, wise, patiently teaching me. You think that we go slow, but we always get to where we want to go. Start moving even if it seems slow. To do anything you have to start."
"We may be small but we are mighty. Every being no matter how small has an important part to play in the larger whole. What we do matters so not be harmful in any way to the larger whole."
From Mother Earth: "We can be anywhere, for instance at a UN conference without being there in person. It is valuable to consider our voices for Nature as being anywhere and everywhere. Be attentive to what you are hearing, experiencing, and moved by from Nature. Know that your experience can be shared and inspire others in having their own profound Nature experiences."
From the Cockroach: "Community and Thoughts. We (Cockroaches) stay in a community and we hold each other. We (Cockroaches) multiply a lot in huge numbers. Human thoughts can be said as equal to our multiplication. Being mindful of your (Human) thoughts plays a vital role because the energy that your thoughts let out affects the environment on a larger scale on a larger number. Your thoughts are what on a human ground makes one connected or disconnected."
"Just Be!"
For this month here's a suggested assignment: Say hello to Mother Earth for a few moments on a regular basis. How about saying hello to her each day. You could simply create a new habit to say, Good Morning Mother Earth! What a lovely way to begin your day! By saying hello you make yourself aware of her presence and her communication. Mother Earth loves us dearly and reminds us to simply be who we are and keep showing up. Anything we would love to transform about us, in us, or in the world can be transformed especially when we are honest about what is so and we accept this is our current state or this is the current state of affairs in the world. When we accept it as being so we are in a position of transformation. Being clear about where we stand is powerful. I plan to say hello to Mother Earth each day this month. In class, we learned ways we may inspire other human beings through our own experiences engaging with Nature. I'll list a few ideas here as to how you may do this on a daily basis. We learned experiencing Natures beauty and wisdom is a basis for having unity amongst people.
Through your daily activities, doing what you love, you may inspire fellow human beings around the world in having their own communication with Nature!

Invitation for you: After Nature Communication class, each month we have a strategy meeting for the Commons Cluster. Here's information from The All Win Network:
Commons Cluster
A commons is a constellation of human beings who work together in such a way that all participate in decision making and all profit from the fruits of their common endeavor. So both the all-win principle and the commons have played a central part in the evolution of the Universe.
Now humanity is attempting to form a new life form: a global community living in inner harmony and in harmony with Nature as a whole. By applying the all-win principle and a commons approach in all we do as human beings, each action will be building a foundation of unity and moreover be working with the evolutionary forces inherent in the Universe itself. These are powerful tools with which to work toward a more peaceful, stable, and sustainable world where all human beings can come into their own in harmony with one another and Mother Nature.
For more information on the All Win Network (ie Win-Win for All people, Mother Earth, Animals, and Nature) please visit:
The All-Win Principle: Since each of us and nature are parts of one integrated whole, the well-being of all people and all of nature are essential to us all.
Here's one of three books written from Nature's wisdom via our Nature Communication class in coordination with the Commons Cluster and AllWinNetwork since 2015. These three books (over 300 pages long each) are available for ebook download(free): Animal & Nature Communication Books
