Dear Awesome Nature Communicators,

Here's awesome, Dr. Metcalf doing acupuncture and osteopathy treatments for our cats, Kato and Simone. Notice Kato has red tipped needles in his face and paws. Both cats really enjoyed their treatments. Kato in particular relaxed into a very peaceful state like a little Buddha!

Until we meet again in October, on the 4th:
In class we experienced the inspiration, love and wisdom of Nature. Our presence experiencing the love and wisdom of Nature is powerful in that what we experience, learn and know can transform our species such that all human beings respect animals, plants, insects and Mother Earth. How would that be if we lived in balance with our fellow humans sharing the loving bond of Nature? Here are some powerful exercises. Take a few moments as often as possible, for instance perhaps you do this while having your morning tea or coffee, or while you brush your teeth. Take a few moments to be with your love of Nature. It may be a moment adoring your cat or dog or horse. It could be looking out the window at a favorite tree or flowering bush. Perhaps it is a mountain nearby or a river that inspires you. Whatever it is choose something and enjoy moments of being moved by nature's inspiration. Allow yourself to really feel it and also give a thought to share the gift of joy with all of humanity. In this way you are a powerful transformer of life. Thank you for your partnership!

Ongoing explorations into transforming our world:
If you were the designer of human life living here at Mother Earth, how would that look? Imagine if you could wiggle your nose and have it however you wished what would life be like here? How does it feel to you to imagine this?

Let's create our visions of living in harmony, living in harmony with all life! Visions felt, powerfully create our tomorrows!

What visions have you unknowingly been a part of supporting? For example, what realities have you continued to think about and experience emotion over which upset you and continue to this day? What if you acknowledged they exist and then put your heart and mind to envisioning how you would love it to be? A personal example for me is the abuse of horses. I could stay in my upset reaction, or I can spend a bit of time creating a world where all horses are cherished. This takes a bit of thought. What is my choice? What is yours?
